Perma Ballast® Installation

Perma Ballast® raw material is mixed with water and pumped into the vessel using a combination of rigid and flexible piping.  

Our products are engineered to assure even distribution of the Perma Ballast®  material around projections and pipes, and through openings to ensure that no void areas remain. 

Excess water is removed while the Perma Ballast® is installed and settles, and the in-place product becomes a dense mass that will not move or shift.
