  • Before the Perma Ballast® system begins, our engineers inspect each vessel and the installation location. 

  • We assess the requirements for each job including the planned pipeline route and the location of the BTI Operations Area.

  • Depending on the scope of the project, BTI may submit a written Operating Plan.
